I run this trail weekly. It is shady, but the beginning of the paved trail from the parking lot needs to be repaired. You have to pay attention because it is unlevel due to tree roots causing it to crack and buckle.

Beautiful, well shaded trail. I truly enjoyed my 8-mile ride even though it was a warmer day. The shade really helped and made it pleasant. This was my first time riding this trail, and I look forward to many more!

While it says 24 hours the restrooms are closed at 10 a sign posted says it closes at 10. It is small compared to some that I've seen although clean and beautiful artwork the architecture is nice as well.
