I was disappointed by the lack of sizes and variety in women’s pants; everything was either a size 0 or a 3X or super baggy mom jeans plus the clearance section was very cluttered. The fresh produce was also lacking and not fresh at all. However, my cashier was extremely friendly and helpful and even opened a lane to help me check out faster.

Accessible to me a sit is close by. I’ve been doing online orders for drive up pick up for a while now and I keep noticing the same pattern when I order groceries (fruits, veggies, etc.). Every time I order fruit they are bad… it’s like they save the bad fruits/veggies for us who do online orders or purposely pick the bad items to get rid of them before they go totally bad. Every single time I order avocados I end up tossing them in the trash because they are black inside, they are totally rotten. Strawberries always have mold growing, cantaloupe is bad on one side. I can not be the only one being given bad fruit when I order online am I? And it’s more than clear that target is purposely having their employees select the bad fruit items before they go totally rotten to sell to online orderers like myself.. I mean I’m not the one picking the items in the store so how will I know that there’s better fresher fruits…?!? Come on target it has been happening every single time. And I know you’re thinking well why don’t I go in the store to select my own fruit but if you’re offering the online order service you have to still provide good service and you are not. I don’t think I’ll continue to use you for my online orders, I’m very disappointed!

So the stocking and availability of this one are pretty good! I come to this one occasionally since it is closer but I’ve been frustrated though with their customer service lately, I’ve called several different times to check on availability to save myself a trip. But no one answers, I tried two different departments right next to each other and the first one hung up on me then the second, no one answered the phone at all. I tried guest services and they transferred me right back to the department I JUST had tried calling instead of helping me themselves. I’m not one to complain as I work retail too but like, come on… that’s one of the only things that is keeping me from rating 5 stars. You know Fresno targets are bad when you check targets when you’re in different cities and the experiences are 100% better lmfao. Just improve customer service and I’m sure a majority of us will be coming back more!
