Got great cashier who informed me of a reward program. I've been going to Kohl's for years. I never got a extra helpful cashier , young stockers? Helping me find a blouse to match cute Lands End jacket .

I like Kohl's in general. They have really good sales and so many extra discounts that make the final price of your purchase much lower than expected. Then, if you add to that opening a Kohl's credit account you'll start getting coupons and promo codes in the mail. Also, the longer your a Kohl's customer you'll be bumped up to like Loyalty Status which rewards your loyalty with even more discounts. Now.... if this was to be a review for Kohl's in RiverPark (Fresno CA) as a separate entity then sorry but....👎👎👎👎👎 (that's 5 thumbs DOWN). The staff is horrible. I don't want to hurt anyone so I'm not gonna get into it but...I think they should do a complete turnaround of the entire staff. Start fresh with all new people.

Meh.. in town visiting family and I've always really liked Kohl's. We don't have one by us in New Orleans. Disappointed. It seems to be a retail trend to have a messy store. I remember when I worked retail we had standards and you'd never see so many clothes (if any) on the floor as in stores these days. The clearance racks were god-awful! People literally like shopping clearance sections and they sell so much more if it was even slightly organized. The guy who rang us up was super nice, hence the 3 star and not a 2. The lady handling the return / exchange was absolutely not friendly and they have to do returns as a separate transaction and then ring up the new items. That is pretty silly in my opinion.
