Poor Macy's it use to be such a classy, clean and modern place to shop but now it looks like they just don't care. Basically a disorganized wanna be discount store. Made me sad. Will just order online now.

Unfortunately, if you try to resolve a Macys store issue by phone, you will be patched through to customer service in India, who will make you lots of promises & may not be resolved at all!

No, you have to go inside. The best area to do it is the register by the parking structure doors on the 1st floor.
