Drivers license side makes appointments but I heard today that they are booked until after Christmas. License tag side does not make appointments. The best thing to do is come at like 6am in the middle of the week which is an hour before they open and you'll be done really quickly after they open at 7. Any later and you'll easily double your wait. Avoid mondays and fridays. If you are doing a tag or title, that opens at 9am and the line usually forms by 830am. The line dies down after the lunches are over which is about 2pm. I know this is probably way too much info. Best of luck!
