I rented a truck from here Saturday to move some stuff down the street. I returned the truck after making one trip and using 11 miles and filled the tank back up they over charged me saying I used 23 miles and didn’t fill the gas back up. If I could give 0 stars I would.

If I could give them a zero I would do it. The business owner demanded I put on a mask when I entered. I politely advised I didn't have one. I advised I was just renting a U-Haul Truck. That I wasn't advised that I'd need a mask. His wife then demanded my credit card. I advised that I already provided my credit info as part of the rental process to U-Haul. He then advised me this was his business and he threw me out of his store. Probably the rudest people I have ever met.

Dishonest! Charged me for furniture pads. I never used furniture pads. Tried calling and emailing many times. No one would pick up or respond to emails. Don’t rent here. If you do, look at your final charges once you return the vehicle.
