Josh Parker came out to a tow to Morganton NC at almost midnight after another towing company stood us up for 2 hours. He called me to let me know he was on his way and also when he got there because we had to leave our vehicle unattended. He was determined to help us even though my Tahoe wouldn't go into neutral. He showed the upmost care and respect for our vehicle from the start. My husband led him to the local dealership and he got it there in pristine condition and even called to check on us the next day. Josh is a rare find these days. A good ol boy and my family was really blessed to get his help! I recommend this towing company all day every day!!
