This is not a place to send your loved ones, unless you sit there 24 - 7, otherwise you may get a sad call and then you get pressure to get your loved one moved by coroner asap. How is it you go from getting better, to dead in 4 hours.

My mother was in re-hab at Autumn Care she is 90 years old and has dementia. This facility lost her partial bridge and her clothing and is refusing to take responsibility. I have documentation indicating acknowledgement of the loss. Please if you lover your family member do not sent them to Autumn Care of Salisbury,

My grandmother was here for a few weeks for rehab after her discharge from the hospital. Her clothes as well as her expensive dentures were lost and no one seems to want to take responsibility for that. Definitely won’t recommend this nursing home to anymore of my patients and their family.
