My experience was good, the staff was Patient and nice. I didn't have one negative experience with the staff or my physical therapy, I left better than I arrived.

Help stands around talking not helping the residents. Talking on the cell phone. Not enough help.

Did not care for this place at all. Went to see my grandpa numerous times each time was worse. Called everyday to check on him and was always told he was doing good. Went to visit and found him to be unresponsive and died the following day. Also didn't give him his medication that he needed had we not shown up he would've died in pain and alone since they kept saying he was fine. Don't think he ate or drank anything for days prior to seeing him
