Terrible customer service. They need to fire the manager Edwin Alvarado. He sold us a bed and a headboard. Iβm working on a major job for an elderly client. At the store he told us that the headboard was able to be installed to the bedframe. Well now weβre here trying to install the headboard to the bedframe before my client comes home because she has no place to sleep and sheβs elderly and the headboard does not fit on the bed. We called the manager Edwin Alvarado pleading for help. We asked him if he had an iPhone so that he could just get on the phone and show us how to install the bed. He said yes he has an iPhone but he refuses to get on a FaceTime to help us install the bed before my client comes home from the hospital. Instead he wants us to take the entire bed and headboard all the way back to railroad salvage which is ridiculous. He should be fired and his customer service is terrible. Any type of good person wouldβve gotten on the phone for a five minute FaceTime to help us. He is a rotten human being and he should be fired !!!

I usually shop at big name stores.I decided to go to railroad just to kill time and I finally found something that I loved.When I walked in I was greeted by a young lady and within 5 minutes she was back there looking for me to see if I need help but I already found what I was looking for.I will be back there again and I highly reccomend them.
