Great to hear from you, Pamela. Kingsway Apartments are not income based; we have income limits. For an example, if you wanted to rent a 2-bedroom apartment at the rate of $620 per month your income could not exceed $24,500 annually. We do however accept the Housing Choice Voucher from Piedmont Triad Regional Council. Once you receive the voucher, Piedmont Triad Regional Council will pay a portion of your rent.
