They hire people that don't know what they're doing caseworker told my wife that her existing food stamp card would be able to be used until the new one came in but yet they cut off in now we have to go hungry so our child can eat because they don't know what they're doing there

Friendly and helpful. The front desk is hard to get a hold of sometimes and a little short on the phone. Otherwise, overall a good place since it’s an unavoidable circumstance.

Wilkes County Child Support Agency needs to have mediators not Instigators working there and managing the child cases. If their work Etiquette is professional I want one that is unprofessional because they do not do anything to benefit the child. I think all of these reviews are filtered! County commission needs to open their eyes and take notice to why Wilkes County has so many delinquent child support cases. Everytime there is court in Comparison to any of the surrounding counties Wilkes County is deservingly a joke to our neighboring counties when it comes to child support cases. You should look to the leadership the case workers have for answers!
