Don't go here!! They are unorganized and very bad customer service. This is EXACTLY why I hate banks. Never again!! Sham on bank of America for allowing this branch to remain open.

Horrible customer service by a lady named Veronica, I was told to sit down like I was a child. My time is money and if you give someone your business card to contact you immediately to handle some details she should be ready for that call. Very rude for her position and unprofessional wasted my whole lunch and still couldn't help.It's disappointing to hear that your experience wasn't at the level you expected. They are literally open for only three hours on Saturday. Why even open?
