No Phone to get a hold of a person at a Location. Very unprofessional as a company. One of crime trim pieces came off do to there car wash and call costumers care so they would find it but CANT REACH NO ONE! Google shows phone numbers to each location but they are Fake!! Need to go waist My Gas NOT KNOWING IF ITS THERE OR SOMEONE THREW IT AWAY. VERY ANNOYING AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Their corporate office emails each location with a response time of 2-3 days. So if there is any misconduct going on at any location. It seems like they Don't care.

Your put an employee don’t focus who come first and who’s second and I try to explain to her I came first before this car besides me right before she check it in, she said I know I know and ignored me and keep checking the other car and then I came in front of the other car to be in front of it because I came before it and I asked the manager to talk to, I explain to the manager what happened and then instead of the manager solve the issue smoothly she told me your way for trying to get in first was rude I didn’t say anything I remained silent because I need them to check me in to let me go. the first employee was not focusing at the beginning and ignore me at the end and the manager was disrespectful with me when she said that my way was rude. How can I ask for my rights of my line without pulling my car forward?

Love this place only downside is it does not dry well. Go to the vacuums and airblowers after its worth it! Family has used this place since it opened and really no issues. Monthly membership is worth it. Sometimes a vacuum or air hose is down so may have to move around.

Great service and excellent wash!!! Good prices. Vacuums have great suction. Only downside, if their really busy there are not enough stalls for cleaning/vacuuming...you have to wait for a free stall. Otherwise, perfect.Thanks Vickie!
