The service department took care of a recall and diagnosed and quickly rectified an issue with a damaged laser sensor. The car was purchased from another dealership and they bent over backwards to work with the other dealership on my behalf. I was impressed with everyone in the Lee Nissan service department, from the service advisors, master technician, service scheduler, and the service manager. I felt like they were concerned with and respectful of my safety, satisfaction and time.

My salesperson Douglas Pullen, had the following characteristics: knowledgeable, friendly, personable, patient, courteous and most of all, a people person. The overall dealership personnel were willing to assist if need. I will highly recommend Douglas Pullen to others who are car shopping.

You should never go more than a few hundred miles over the required oil change mileage or date. Fresh oil will help ensure the long term health of the engine and your vehicle.
