Just downright not good at all. As an associate if the Triangle Apartment Association, I'm honestly appalled at the quality and state of units. Will not allow friends and family to settle for such sub-par quality of home life.

The entire Team at Evan's Properties is always more than helpful! I never get put on hold and my call never goes to voice-mail! The Ladies upfront are doing an amazing job to see that everyone gets serviced within a reasonable time.💪 Frank's a wonderful fella and has always given a fluent response to requested data on vacancy's specs! (As does everyone not mentioned! 👏) As Owner of Ragan Property Management, as well as being the Property Manager/Overseer of Ragan Holdings, LLC. at Ragan Real-Estate Services, I get daily calls/messages from folks asking if I have any vacancies... and I have no problem sending them to wardEvan's Properties! (and continue to do so) 🤘

Praise the lord was approved Aprox 2 yrs ago to rent a house but we decided to wait 4 people already put in application & I have to reapply after 1,2 mths just felt like it might b a waste of time & $ after 4 applications god is good he kept me from freezing to death last yr I seen on news they found a few dead guys in abanded building froze to death he's so mercifull I don't deserve it cause I know I'm a sinner
