Our dishwasher of only five years stopped working. We went to Ferguson. John was really personable and knowledgeable in helping us select a dishwasher. We really enjoyed speaking with him. The delivery and installation communication was excellent! The two installers, Oscar and Christian, were very pleasant and professional. They went beyond the standard from installations, taking proactive steps to ensure we had the best service install. From now on, we will purchase all of our appliances from Ferguson!

My wife, Lisa, and I were working on the remodeling project of our master bath and we went to Ferguson’s for the fixtures. Our sales associate, John, was so personable and so knowledgeable about the products. It was an absolutely flawless experience. Our contractor was just about to put the sink in and unfortunately when it came out of the box it was defective. I immediately called Fergusons. From the initial phone call through picking up the replacement sink we were treated with such care and such respect. The manager at the Red Bank location, Tony Antenna was so kind, attentive, and helpful. We are customers for life, and if you’re looking for a lighting fixture or an entire home filled with beautiful appliances and plumbing fixtures don’t waste your time, just go straight to Ferguson’s, Where you will be treated as if you are their only customer

How do I send my return?

"We recommend using the packaging from the original shipment if possible. Follow the instructions provided with the Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number we sent via email. If you’re using a return label that we provided, print the return label, attach it to the outside of the box, and drop your shipment off at any UPS location. Return labels help us efficiently track your return. If you choose another shipping method, please inform us by contacting customer service. If your shipment will travel via freight (semi-truck, LTL, etc.), then repack all items very well, secure them to the original pallet(s), and prepare them for shipment (we recommend using the packaging from the original shipment). Follow the instructions provided with the RGA number we sent via email. Print the freight label that we provided via email. Do not attach the freight label to the shipment. Use the instructions provided to contact the carrier and schedule your freight pickup."
