I dropped my new toro z off for an issue. It was originally purchased at Parkers in Shelby and taken back to them for engine back firing and exhaust sound too loud. When I got it back still same issue and Parkers adjusted the throttle so the engine would not run fast. The Parkers tech wanted to argue with me. I found out about Lincolnton Toro and they found the 2 exhaust fasteners were missing and fixed the throttle back. Even when the tech listened to it he stated it sounds like exhaust leak. Something that simple and Parkers wanted to argue with me and tell me how to operate a mower Thank you Lincolnton.
