We had good service. We were sat behind a large party so understandably our food took a while longer than normal, while it was all accurate, it was just barely more than warm. Our server didn't check on us before we were ready to go, so we didn't take the extra time to rectify it.

We're camping in the area and stopped here for dinner for my husband's birthday. Waited to be seated for about 5 minutes and nobody acknowledged us. Guy in front of us said he'd been waiting an hour for his carry out order, so we just left.

We were in town for a work event, most restaurants in town were closed as it was a Sunday evening. We arrived at 9:50pm and the restaurant closed at 11pm. The manager saw us walk in, he was visibly upset and walked away from us. After standing there for a bit, we were finally helped. Our waitress was Jessica, she was very polite, we ordered as soon as we arrived to expedite the process for them. We even finished our food by 10:35pm, however right around this time as we were boxing our items up and preparing to pay our bill, the manager began blasting the song, “It’s closing time”, obnoxiously loud. We understand that it was kind of close to closing but we tried to be quick and easy to serve. The whole time the manager was laughing hysterically and staring at us. Jessica apologized for her managers behavior but it was still rude and unprofessional. However, all of the food was good and Jessica was a nice waitress.

Disgusting. We made an online order for pickup. There was so much sauce pooled on the bottom of my husbands wings, and mine were so saturated the box was falling apart onto my wings. As you can see in the pictures. The wings were also very over cooked. My husband called and asked to speak with a manager. The manager offered to make it again but we didn’t want to drive all the way back and we had already lost our appetites from the food we received. He asked for them to refund 1 of the 6 meals we ordered. They wouldn’t do that. He asked the manager for her name and she wouldn’t tell him. So he asked to speak to a GM or for corporates phone number. She told him to google it and then hung up on him. The lady who took our report at corporate was very kind. We will not be eating here again. After looking at past reviews, it seems like this is a reoccurring problem. We wasted $70 on food we will not eat. Look elsewhere and save yourself the hassle.
