... This .. dss department... . is VERY.... corrupt.... If NO ONE will SAY iT.. FOR WHAT IT IS...... I WILL... THE COURT rooms as well.. Family court. To criminal. this must be said... I would NOT.... listen to any other REVIEWS.. NOR TRUST ANY PERSON . POSITIVELY talking about this DSS.. system HERE.... From lawyers to therapist... Case workers . Even jail guards.. Just got custody of my nephew and Ms. Kor was fantastic. I never had to deal with "the system" and I have heard horror stories but she helped me get my nephew health insurance so that I could be able to take him to the doctor. She was patience with me and to be honest, a true blessing because it has been an uphill battle trying to get my nephew all the assistance he needs. I pray that my other encounters with the staff are as pleasant as with Ms. Kor. I think workers in agencies such as this tend to treat people as numbers and not as humans. They system is set up to give needy families such a hard time that they give up! That's truly shameful for needy families and kids.

There are no general email addresses. You would need to call to speak to someone. The vestibule is open but the lobby is closed to the public.
Im not all the way sure, however from my recent visit i was informed of the utility program. I would ask ast the office if adding internet to your utility provider is acceptable.
