I’m calling every day from 2 weeks to pick up they deliver open box item and I purchased new one . Now everyday I call they keep saying we will call you within 24 hours and no one care no call .Please be careful don’t expect anything from management or customer care I have case # 05953737 . They don’t deserve even 1 Star. Awe full customer service.

I brought back a weed eater because it stopped working. I have a warranty and they took the weed eater and said it would take a few days but it has been about a month and still no weed eater! Every time I call I get the runaround and finally I called and they said they just sent it off on the 24th of August. To me this is not good business. I have found discrepancies and I don’t like this.

Wow! I have been reviewing the other comments about Lowe's and I am having the same problems! [Note: this is the short version of my problem with Lowe's.] I bought $2800 of flooring from the store in Waynesville, NC. I have delt with one incompetent employee after another. The order came in fairly quickly. However, the order was dropped in two different locations so it showed as an incomplete order. After much discussion and waiting the complete order was found (in the two different locations). Four days later when I went to check on the delivery status there was still an alert on the order as being incomplete! Finally, the order was scheduled for delivery on 25 Aug 2022 between--get this-- 8:00 am and 8:00 pm! Well, 25 Aug rolls around and still no word from Lowe's. I called and the order won't be delivered until 1 September! That did it. I cancelled my order. Side note:. I called Home Depot in Asheville, (35 miles away) and explained my issue and interestingly, they get a large share of their business from Waynesville. Lowe's is trouble. Stay away. Stay far, far away.

If it's gas they probably won't hook it up. You have to have a certified gas person hook it up to make sure it's right. Because if they hooked it up, Lowes would be liable if there was a leak and blew up the kitchen, etc.

I am baffled as to why Lowe’s cannot seem to have adequate staffing to keep store(s) open? Today the Hendersonville NC store is closed due to employees unable to come to work?

Same, here in Columbia SC. Ordered windows and security door in Feb . Today they are to deliver. If they do ?? I'm sick of ordering and waiting months. Soon it will be soon hotttt.
