Excellent service, follow up, communication and installation. We would use this company again. My only suggestion is to coach your installers to ask the homeowner permission to use the bathroom-we would have happily shown them the guest bathroom to use. Instead they used my wife's bathroom and they took her elevated toilet seat and wedged it into the shower in order to use the toilet. They never put it back where it belonged. My wife felt this was a violation of her personal space and was upset about it. We have a guest bathroom that we had no problem with them using if they had asked us.

The selection they had in their showroom was extensive, and Pam spent a lot of time with me looking at various options within my price range. She suggested a different carpet pattern for the staircase and the combination of the two patterns is gorgeous. Pam and Heidi were wonderful--very responsive to my questions, and they accommodated my schedule for the installation. The installers, Gordy and Alex, were also terrific, and relatively new showroom employee Emily is a gem--very polite and helpful. I could not be more pleased with the result! I love this place. Pam was extremely helpful and accommodating. We were in a jamb for new flooring and the supplies were limited but Pam found us materials to meet our requirements. Now our new home is completely floored and ready for mobe in.
