I really wanted to give this place more than 3 stars but my experience just left me leaving as a member in the end. I really loved the staff I dealt with my first ever day, forgot his name but a younger gentleman, and he made sure to help me however to make me feel comfortable. The second day though I wished to bring a guest with me, which we were already kinda aware of the rules for guests but I could never find a direct answer so we went in person to find out. We were greeted by the same kind gentleman from my first day and now a younger lady, who is the one to directly help us. At first she was willing to answer our questions but seemed to get aggravated at us confirming if we understood the policy. She mentioned me having the “cheaper card” multiple times as well which means no guest. By the end of it she made the person with me feel very uncomfortable, especially since this lady felt asking if we had a credit card for payment was appropriate. As a person who worked in service I have never seen someone so blatantly roll their eyes at a customer, yet this lady did just that. Once we said we had no credit card and that we just wouldn’t worry about coming in today, her eyes rolled into oblivion. Less than 30 minutes later I came in to end my membership, it destroyed our hearts to feel so uncomfortable in a place that’s known for such a thing.
