I ordered in early June, and was told give it 12 weeks. Early September I called to get an update, and was told they were waiting on a delivery truck and gave me a date of September 26th. I called back September 28th inquiring about my order and was told “the manufacturer ran out of the stone.” To my knowledge my order was complete and all they were waiting on was a truck for delivery. Not only was I lied to but Long’s did NOT relate that information when they found out. It has been well over 12 weeks and now the lady that works there tells me they tell customers 16 weeks. Let’s get into the fact no other monument company is having this issue. I had a friend that passed away in July 2021. His marker was placed down in September. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anybody!!! This is just heartbreaking. Take your coin elsewhere!
