Frank D. (The club manager apparently) will block you from entering and show your personal information including banking info to all the other members while admonishing you for not paying your yearly fee that they definitely do not use since the AC was out multiple times this summer and all they do is put up one or two small fans in a building that was literally a grocery store. Ridiculously over priced for what you get not even open 24 hours plus a 50 dollar yearly maintenance fee per person on the account btw just for them to never maintain anything. Not to mention the company will close entire locations and just tell their members to drive to a different one regardless of how close it is. And last but not least the final leeching they have to do when you finally do get fed up and cancel and they want one more month out of you. The customer service will deflect anything you say and then fail to send you link to escalate the complaint to the higher ups of the company.

Frank is being moved to northlake. I dont ever go to northlake so that kind of sux. Hope this gym holds uo but without frank im nervous
