They have done well with all 4 of our dogs, but when one of our dogs needed to be seen on short notice for an injury they said it would be a week to be seen, due to being short staffed and I should call around if I wanted to be seen sooner. Not what I was expecting when you have 4 pets with them for many years. High Point Veterinary Hospital worked us in the same day and even waived the work in fee. That is the type of service I am looking for from my vet.

The vets (Chip has seen two different ones) have been really nice...however, I feel they are very pricey. Somehow a neuter, microchip, and a shot they called and said he needed for itching came to $503.76 when we came to pick him up. The reception staff is a little rude; they act like they are doing you a favor for taking your call and are rushed and very "to the point." We aquired two kittens in which we have since made their spay/nueter appointments at another local establishment, Paws and Claws. I initiated their treatment at Archdale vet but did not care for the attitude of the receptionist and hung up while on hold.

Sandy, puppy biting is more a question for a trainer. I can recommend Rolling Meadows dog training academy in Denton. Ask for Barbara. Puppy biting is a difficult task to train out. You must teach your dog to control their behavior with their mouth. Good luck.
I believe you have to be at least 16
