Purchased my new Exmark zero turn from Fords Lawnmower. Received a fair price on the mower and had to order the bagging kit. Supply chain issues delayed the bagging kit but Anthony kept me in the loop every step of the way. Once they got the kit, they picked the mower up from my home, installed the kit, then returned it in a day. Because of my experience in this purchase, I have trusted them to repair some of my power equipment. They ordered the necessary parts, completed the repair in a timely manner, and returned the equipment at a fair price. Anthony kept me informed as to the anticipated delivery of the parts needed. I find Fords Lawnmower to be reliable, with fair pricing and professional. This will be my go to from now on for both repairs and new purchases. Thanks guys for a positive experience!!

Took my weed Wacker on May 25, to get a tune up. I was told that a 50 dollar deposit was required. After a month I decided to stop in just to be told that the parts were not in yet. I would receive a call me when it was ready. Now we are in July when I came to pick up the machine we were told that they got rid of it. A $200 machine . I Wonder how many people they have done this to?
