From scheduling a consult with Dan Paone, the presentation, pricing, signing the contract, and scheduling installation of brand new replacement windows and a new door, the process could not have gone smoother. I was updated often on the delivery date as well and happy to note that the order came in sooner than expected! The installation team was professional, courteous, and very thorough with the task at hand. They made sure that all debris was removed as well. I wish I could give Window World 10 stars. The salesman, scheduling, measuring and install were all wonderful experiences. I went with Window World after another company, with whom I signed a contract with, and later cancelled, was grossly dishonest with their turnaround/leadtime. Window World salesman Mr. Paone, gave an honest presentation with product knowledge expertise and quoted a lead time of 8-10 weeks. Mr. Paone was straightforward with pricing and transparent with all aspects of the project timeline. He scheduled measurements on the spot and as promised Brett, showed up early to measure. Approximately one week after measure, I received a text from customer service who indicated my windows and patio door would be delivered Early July for the windows and August for the patio door. BOTH arrived early, and was able to schedule install the day after delivery! The installers were early as well. Neat, clean, respectful and super efficient as they were done with both projects within four hours without any issues. My patio door was 40 years old and both windows were new construction type installed 15 years ago. I cannot say enough of good things about this company. They stand by their product, are honest and last, but certainly not least, Window World came in $2500 below all three quotes that I received from Window Nation, Toms River Window and Door and East Coast windows. I will definitely be doing business with them in the future!

Wonderful experience from start to end! Right from the initial explanation/demonstration of the products to the final installation of windows at my home, everything was managed professionally and efficiently. The pricing is good as well and I did not have to consider other options given the quality of their work and interaction. Would definitely recommend.

First class company! Everyone was professional from the salesman Michael, to the installers, and Alexis scheduling the appointment. The crew arrived on time on the day of the install and the windows were done earlier than anticipated. I shopped around for prices and Window World was cheaper than the competitors. You don’t get cheap work or windows though. We love the quality of work and the windows. I almost forgot to measure tech he was awesome also.

After installing your new replacement windows we remove all old windows from your property and dispose of them properly. If you wish to keep your old windows or storm windows, please notify the installation crew as soon as they arrive for your installation.

Generally, replacement windows can be installed within 4-8 weeks from the date that the final measurements are taken. The type of window being installed and type being removed helps determine the amount of time needed to complete the job. On average each window takes about 30-60 minutes. Trim work and cleanup will require additional time to complete. An average job will take a single day.
Please take down curtains, blinds, or any other window treatments. Security sensors should also be removed and turned off by your security company. Please provide our installation expert with a clear path to the window(s) being replaced by moving anything that may be in the way. It is also advisable to remove all wall decorations from the walls close to the windows as they may fall during removal or installation.
Window World installs replacement windows year-round. An average installation will take only one day. Our crews install one window at a time and are trained to do what they can to minimize heating/cooling loss. The energy savings from your new windows will recover any incremental energy costs incurred during their installation many times over during their lifetime.
The majority of our replacement windows are installed from the outside. In some situations, it may be necessary to install from the inside. On the day of installation, your installation expert will assess your unique situation and explain the process that will best suit your home.
