Trashcan over flowing in locker room. Pair of underwear hanging on shower rod and bar of soap in floor. Probably not a good idea to have a female as lone employee. I wouldn't go in the men's locker room alone either.

Good gym, plenty of room, equipment is well maintained and I cannot get over it has a wet and dry sauna! Good spot to hit.

I dont know but the gym is awesome and great to work with.
Children have to be at least 12 to workout in the facility. Children between the ages of 12 and 15 must be supervised/ accompanied by an adult at all times. Hope this helps clarify.
