99%of the time you call this store they never answer the phone

Great place for gamer but when it comes to checking in on orders and pre-order items they never pick up the phone i been calling for months and not one time have they pick up the phone. I have to drive up to the store location just to then be told that no my items aren't in. Someone please try to address this!!!!

They have a release date list for Funko pops and you can preorder them with a $5 deposit. They may let you do this with Neco toys as well if they have a release date for it and help guarantee you get one.
