I always love the conference center. Been here for a few events/award ceremonies. Overall very mature and classy place, most recent event I attended was Gastons Best and the service/staff were on point. The food was ok (unsure if they cater or have someone else) and there was alcohol always there or any refreshments. Bathrooms clean and nice setup for pictures, ceremonies and having fun.

It all depends on what you want to go with it. They have full on Buffet or Plated Dinner food service with Amazing desserts and Drink stations to Feed a Full room.
