My 2 year old fell off her trampoline Tuesday and tried catching her self when her finger hit the railing of the porch. Tuesday just her finger was red and there was a little swelling. Yesterday (Wednesday) I came home from work and noticed her whole hand was now swelled up. My husband decided to take her here to make sure there’s nothing serious going on and these so called medical professionals would not listen to my husband about what was going on and kept treating her for an allergic reaction!!!!! What did she have an allergic reaction to? The fall 🤣🤣. At least they did an X-ray but still ruled that she had an allergic reaction!! I wish I would have been the one to take her because I would not have accepted that as their answer!!! I would definitely not trust this place in a serious situation if they can’t even handle a child’s finger getting hurt.

This hospital was nothing short of completely terrible. Expect ludicrous wait times for every little thing, being shuffled from room to room, and generally feeling forgotten while in the “emergency” room. If you hope to leave within the same day of arrival, don’t come here.

Went to the Emergency department because everytime i swallow it felt like my ear drums were goin to explode. Myself and a Hispanic mom and dad sat in the waiting room for over 4 hours. No one gave us a time frame never checked on us. I got up and left

I suffer from several chronic illnesses and yesterday my primary care doctor sent me over to this hospital to get a CT scan & some lab work done. My veins are horrible for getting blood, and my primary doctor had already tried earlier that day with no luck. The two ladies who took my blood, (one was named Michelle and I unfortunately cannot remember the other ladies name) were so sweet and kind. They were very gentle and they were able to get my blood quicker than anyone ever has and it was practically painless. Usually I have a bad reaction to getting stuck and my arms swell up but they didn’t at all. I really appreciated them holding my hand through it because I was having a horrible day and I felt like I just couldn’t deal with my health problems anymore and they made a huge difference. The woman who took me back for my CT scan was also incredibly kind, and helped me not be nervous. Being sick is already tough, but being treated badly by healthcare workers in the past has made me have even more anxiety about hospitals and when I found out I was gonna have to go to the hospital yesterday I felt sick to my stomach with anxiety. But the staff here truly made such a difference. I will be coming back here for any of my future needs. The experience I had should be a case study in how healthcare should always be in this country. Everyone did such a great job and I will never forget their kindness.
