I was so happy to find the white marble rock there!! Lowe's in Pittsboro & Apex have been out for a while.☹️ They often have some items on the clearance section that are pretty good. We had a very nice young girl help us, she loaded all 10 bags of the rocks & our 2 -40 lbs of horse feed.

Did order online and curbside pickup recently at this location. Waited 35 min in parking lot then employee (not wearing vest to id himself) came to car and threw the purchase in the back of my SUB. I sent email to corporate and the manager of Siler City store called me - very apologetic and said the matter would be discuss with the staff there. The next time I did the curbside, it went great! Only had to wait around 5-10 minutes. Way to go TSC!

This isn’t the TS I typically shop at but I have visited this store a few times on my way back/forth to family in Greensboro. Overall I think this is a bad example of TS as this store is dirty and cluttered. It is difficult to maneuver around the aisles. In November I tripped over a piece of wood sticking out from an empty pallet in a crowded aisle causing me to fall onto that pallet; luckily I wasn’t injured. My visit of 28 Dec showed no improvement in store cleanliness/organization. I witnessed the cashier being rude to a polite customer trying to do a return and the failure of the buy online pickup in store process. I also found it disgusting and distressing that TS has no real mask policy. That seems to be company wide not just at the Siler City NC store. I saw NO employees wearing masks; the one employee that did have a mask had it pulled down under his chin. The naysayers will say people like me are being paranoid…let them. Masks are a total pain; I dislike having to wear one. However, I do it not only for my protection but for those around me. I understand it’s a hassle to enforce the policy but it should be a requirement that ALL employees wear them while on-site and at least attempt to get customers to wear them. To not do this tells me/others that the management does not believe in the science. If that’s the case post signs on your doors and online letting the public know that TS doesn’t care about their customers and you don’t have a mask policy. “Enter at your own risk…we don’t give a dam.”

The Siler City TSC store manager went above and beyond in helping me to solve a transportation issue by getting a large item delivered to my sons house. All personal that I talked to were extremely helpful and courteous. I don’t normally shop Tractor Supply - because of this experience I will now. Great customer service.
