My daughter loves this place. Very clean environment. I like the way staff are always sanitizing areas. I also like how the staff reinforce rules to adults and children to ensure a safe environment.

My son loves this place and frequently goes during the week several times as well as sometimes on the weekend I currently reside in Summerville and we make the trip to North Charleston just because he enjoyed himself. with all of that sad knowing that I’m a fan of this location some thing in regards to safety and some thing that I got to witness today was a little girl who ended up being taken out on a stretcher in an ambulance because children were running on the main floor I get when children run in a little areas and the other parts however the main floor where there is a mix of small baby and bigger kids they should really be in forcing nobody running in that area. As much as I wouldn’t depend on the parents to be on top of these children there should be someone designated there that if you have to get your child told more than three times no running they have to leave this little girl was maybe four or five years old and all because she was walking and got hit she got hit so hard that she had to be escorted out in an ambulance I understand accidents happen I understand that however this kind of place should be have rules when it comes to like a main floor where the café is I’m just saying that really scared me and if it’s something that happens frequently I will take my money elsewhere
