Went on this tour with Eric Lager. He was extremely knowledgeable and engaging as he walked us through Charleston. He came prepared with relevant charts and photos. Very impressive, would highly recommend Eric!

Al was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and fun! We had an amazing time. He knew every detail about every home, he had an answer to every question, and he kept us laughing the entire time. 2 hours has never flown by faster!

Yes, we operate year round.
Ghost tours last 1.5 hours and consist of 6 to 8 stories at different sites. Thanks for asking!
We have had a very strong season without any promotions. Watch for a Summer offer after Memorial Day!
Excellent question! Ghost tours are one and a half hours and typically cover five to seven stories in a walk that covers approximately a mile over that time as we move from site to site. We offer our spectral Adventure ghost tour as a private event four groups of up to 20 for $200. They are offered nightly twice so go to the website and pick your slot and get ready for a spooky good time.
I could go on and on! The sculpture garden at Brookgeen is just north of Georgetown. To the south is historic Beaufort and Lady's Island, home to the Penn Center. A cool day trip in the springtime is a visit to Mepkin Abbey and Cypress Gardens, just 30 miles out of town. Stop for lunch at Gilligan's for seafood right on the Tail Race Canal!
Thanks for asking! The Children's Museum is on John Street, take them to Hampton Park for a picnic beneath the ancient live oaks which are perfect for CLIMBING! But I think the ideal half day should be spent at Charles Town Landing. The museum is interactive and children love it! Then off to the sailing ketch the Adveture where docents in 17th century costume take them below deck and all over to learn about early navigation. And then off to the Animal Forest, a zoo featuring all the animals in Carolina at the founding in 1670. The otters and bison are easy to spot but pumas and bobcats, you'll have to look for them! There is no food served there so you might go to Publix nearby and put together a picnic! This is a state park so entry cost is minimal. Don't forget the beach and make memories with a ghost tour, a pirate tour or an ecology tour!
Call Spirit line or Gray line cruises and they can provide you with a tour.

Thank you for your question. The ghost walking tour is one and a half hours long. We walk the historic district to sites of known hauntings where you will hear the ghastly tales of an ancient city. It is currently offered as a private event for any group up to 20 for $200, making it perfect for family gatherings, conventions and community groups!

Hi Patty, Thank you for your inquiry! I would be glad to arrange a tour focusing on Charleston's churches and architecture. There are fewer churches open since COVID-19 but I'm sure we can get into at least two. Please keep me posted on your plans and I look forward tutoring with your group! Al Ray 8433434851
Hi Nelda, Thank you for your interest. Tours go out rain or shine! I've been at this for 39 years so I know how to keep my groups (relatively) dry!
