Keys to room didn’t work. Toilet didn’t flush. Light bulb out on writing desk lamp. TV reception is fuzzy and not clear. Air conditioning is not great. This for room 600. On the plus side the janitorial staff was very friendly and helpful.

We are a Filipino family of 4 and arrived at 12 noon and was asked to wait until 3pm to check in so we went to the common area and waited there only to find out that the pool is closed for the rest of our stay. My 7 year old son is very upset since this was the only thing he was excited about. We get a pool side room without a working pool. The staff even claimed that it was on their website which clearly is not. Our booking confirmation states an access to the pool is included. We would have not booked here if we had known that pool is not working because of our son. Then at 2pm we see a large group of people and they are already checking them in while my whole family is waiting at the lobby. I felt really bad for my family and we we’re treated poorly by the staff. We approached the front desk again and asked why, his only reason is that because these people are large group of athletes and they have special policy which I didn’t really understand because we are also paying customers. We obviously did not get what we are paying for this hotel with a non working pool and with a staff that gives special treatment. After that conversation they ironically allowed us to enter our room before 3pm. Waiting for check in time was totally fine with us but seeing people who gets to check in when they have just arrived while we wait for hours at the lobby makes me feel so bad for my family who was also tired from the flight coming here. If I could cancel our booking, I would. But the money I used for this booking won’t be credited back to my account for days and I cannot afford to book another reservation to a different hotel because we need it to use for this vacation. Very disappointing.

I wish that I could give this hotel ZERO stars. I stayed the weekend and then checked out. I realized I left my whole computer case in the room specifically on the bed. I left my MacBook Pro, Apple Watch and very expensive gold chains. I was 3 hours into my drive home when I noticed. I called the hotel and they said the room had already been cleaned and nothing was turned in. For a whole week I was going back and forth with the hotel manager and nobody ever gave me updates or called me back, i was reaching out to them everyday. After that first week I called again and they said they didn’t even have my reservation so I couldn’t even fill out a police report!! Something very sketchy is going on at this hotel and it’s absolutely disgusting. STAY SOMEWHERE you ELSE!!!!! That’s why it’s so cheap!!!!!

The rugs in the front desk area smelled. They wanted us to sign something that if we smoked in the room we would be charged. We walked into our room and it smelled like smoke. They wanted to send security to investigate at 12:30 am but they did not know when they would arrive. I told them no way since we were going to bed. They should have known that it smelled and fixed it before we arrived. Rug in room felt dirty. TV was not high definition and was snowy. Worst TV we ever had in a hotel. It was about 20 years old. They were two towels in the bathroom with 4 adults. No amenities. We ask for two more towels and we had to get them at the front desk ourselves. They had no shower cap. The cleaning people did not get in until 9:00 am and I would have to wait for them. The beds were full size not queen. The food was too expensive for the quality. The omelets were tasteless and the food was not worth $15/person. The rugs in the hallway were gross and ripped. The place needs a complete overhul.

My Spanish isn't very good but i think this is asking about car rentals...? If that's the question, the answer is yes, there is a car rental booth in the hotels main lobby right before the front desk. Hope this helps.
