Drove 1 1/2 hours to pela windows, got there spoke to Crystal, she was great. Scheduled appointment for home measurement, day before got call from Gary Minor telling me that he and I had a conversation (never did 🤣) and there was a Scheduling conflict, wouldn't be able to make it😢 during conversation and without stepping foot in my house he quoted me, $2,400 a window and tells me size of the window won't change price per window 🤔🤪, I hang up let wife know, call him back and ask how much if we had are own contractors install, 🥵 this is when it gets better🤣🤣 he started throwing all kinds of crazy numbers 😀 then TELLS ME, MEASURE YOUR OWN WINDOWS🤣🤣! Sadly 😥 this is what happens when companies don't care about reputation 😕. We needed 14 windows, perhaps our jobs to small, very unpleasant experience ☹. Have a great day 👍!
