I would not give this company a star but it will not let me post without selecting a star. They deserve a big zero since the sectional sofa that I received was awful and they said it met manufacturing standards. I had purchased numerous pieces of furniture in the past and this new one is deplorable. Maybe sitting on a lumpy/lopsided sofa is ok with them but not me or anyone with an ounce of common sense.

We have a Sherrill leather sofa and find that the cushions are not firm enough and the sofa is uncomfortable. Is it possible to order replacement padding for the cushions that would provide more support? The sofa is in perfect shape otherwise.

Are the cushions on my Sherrill sectional covered under warranty? They have flattened out over the years and are very uncomfortable at this point. Can you provide replacement fillers?

We own the 3307 lounge chair and one of the wheels broke off during our military move. How can I purchase a replacement wheel. It is antique brass.

We purchased two wing chairs from Baers in Fort Lauderdale. The front feet had little metal rollers which have either bent or actually have broken. We would like to total replace the front legs without the rollers. Thanks

I have a Sherrill sofa sectional purchased at the Merchandise Mart when your store was closing. the Chaise and cushions have removeable covers for cleaning. Do you suggest I send then to a cleaners?

I purchased a Precedent sofa recently. I assume this is part of Sherrill Furniture. The sofa back cushions and toss pillows have an odor. I have an Ethan Sofa. Can you discuss what could be causing this ?

I am not sure. I am an upholsterer at Sherrill and have been for 14 yrs. I want to say its possibly the scotchguard put on the material to protect it. Do you have the receipt. I suggest taking the pillow backs and throw pillows down to precedent furniture and let them see them first hand if you live in the area.
