You can find a carriage tour but it is plenty fun just walking on your own
It's the seawall at the end of White Point Garden. The battery is considered a Historic landmark during the American Civil War and you can see and visit some of the antebellum homes that are located there.
Not @ Rainbow Row but a fav of ours in Charleston is HOMINY GRILL. There are so many 4-5 star dining spots in Rainbow Row area, a carriage ride or brief stroll between them.
Along the battery wall. Parking is free, was parked there last Saturday from 4 until 7 with no problems!!

When we stayed there we left our vehicle at the hotel and took an uber to get downtown.
