Do not come here! Camela is rude and needs some customer service training. Worst food experience I’ve ever had. Store is drive through only. Ordered a meal, they messed up the order and did not give me coleslaw that was included with the meal. Drove back through the drive through, told me to pull up and then wouldn’t give me my coleslaw. Camela, said she needed to charge me for it. I said it’s stated on the menu. I asked if she had a copy on the menu soI could show her and she said no. I said I’d take a picture of it if she needed me to. She said “yes, you may go take a picture.” I then went and took a picture and returned and showed her. She then said that they messed up my order and charged me for the wrong thing so she could only to give me a refund and then charge me MORE for the corrected order. I then asked for her name and she said “Camela,” with a smirk on her face. This is not how you treat customers, especially over a something as small as coleslaw, when the mistake was theirs to begin with. She was out to prove a point and be intentionally “witchy.” Any one with any sense of common sense or courtesy would have said “I’m sorry we messed up, here’s your coleslaw.” Wasted 10 minutes of my life with the worst customer service employee I’ve ever encountered.
