Yes, it is run down and the trailers are old, but they finally paved the road! The road looked good and was smooth the last time I was there. This place has a VERY convenient location. You can be downtown or on USC campus in ten minutes. Interstate 26 is very close. Interstate 20 is a couple of miles away.
