I have been a homeowner for 30 + years. I have never had any major mail issues until we moved into Nexton Summerville!!! Unbelievable... five major mail issues within the last 2 months!!! Our Nexton neighborhood website is full of people irate about mail issues here in Nexton Summerville. Incompetence in mail is fraud to me after this many times... I am trying to reach out to The Post Master to file a complaint. This has to stop... we get a lot of important mail. I am a WTC first responder and get some very legal mail. I cannot have this issue all the time!!! If you also are having problems, contact the post master and file a complaint. This has to stop and it is human error because they do not care!!!

Claim failed attempt to deliver a package X2..called to try to straighten this out. Was told package wasn't there and probably out for a redelivery. Then I check my tracking number and once again it states delivery failed! Tried to call post office again and they take their phone off the hook, because there is no way the line is busy for 2 hrs straight!

I don't have a question but I can tell you this post office in Summerville SC is going to have a full blown investigation if you want your Family or anyone else to get your mail/packages do not use this post office they hang up on you, there rude.

Probably because they hate dealing with shitbirds like you. Been using USPS my whole life and never had an issue. Especially the folks at the one in summerville. Super nice and always helpful. Imagine being so dense and diluted.

People here are lier. I ordered an expensive leather jacket with another package at the same time with one ORDER NUMBER and ONE TRACKING NUMBER and the people here said they only received one???? The cheapest item costs only a dollar.

Summerville Post Office has already been announced as closed. There are a lot of downed trees and power lines in the area. My wife is a carrier and was texted by her manager not to come in.
