Terrible. Made a mobile order at 8:05 got to the restaurant at 8:09 stood there til 8:21 watched others come get theirs food and they did not have my food prepared. Had to get a refund.

Could be they changed the recipe or it's close to closing time and decided to stretch it. Could be many different reasons. Next time tell an employee that the tea has been watered down.
