Overall, the store itself is fine. However, and I don't necessarily blame the staff for this, the pharmacy could improve. It is impossible to figure out how electronic prescriptions will be handled. Sometimes they fill automatically. Sometimes you have to call to tell them to fill it The online system doesn't give accurate information about prescription status, so the availability of an online system doesn't keep you from having to call. And when you call, half the people you talk to will seem confused about why you needed to call. You will also need to wait on hold for at least 10 or 15 minutes (sometimes longer). The look of all this suggests to me that CVS has a subpar prescription tracking system, so probably the staff don't deserve blame for all the difficulty.

I do not use pharmacies per say however, this one refused to fill my prescription right away because the doctor did not indicate if i required a refill ... which should default to a "no refill" if you are using common sense.
