I hobbled in the store desperate for help with my plantars fasciitis. Christine knew exactly what I needed, got me a pair of inserts for my work boots and a pair of flip flops for when I'm at home and I promise I have never felt better. I am bringing my husband back and I will probably forever buy inserts and shoes from here for the rest of my life.

I could not be happier with my Foot Solutions experience. I went in wanting an orthotic that I could slip into any old shoe that would fix my pain issues when I walk. Instead I received an education that I was in dire need of. The staff could not have been more patient or kind. I learned that my old foldable, washable slip on shoes were doing nothing for my feet and skeletal alignment. I found that I was walking on the outside of my foot and heel. When they put the right shoe on for me it instantly changed everything. I could feel with each step the shoe holding my foot in place and straightening my gait. I walked in limping and walked out comfortable and pain free. For all the time, attention, and education I received I would have expected to pay an up charge for the shoes. Not the case however, I paid the same price for my shoes as Amazon charges for the exact same shoe. I am singing your praises to anyone who will listen. It has been not just a game changer but a life changer. Thank you

Yes walk Ins are acceptable, but not recommended on weekends (they are very busy) I went twice with my mother and we had a appointment each time. We are very happy here and so are her feet!! Nice shoes but at the moment selection is limited due to shipping, supply, covid issues. I highly recommend this store and location is super nice. Good shopping and eating area.
Call and talk with them. They are very knowledgeable. I've been a customer there for quite a few years.
All employees I saw and came in contact with wore masks. I was the only customer in there at the time, so I'm not really sure how the social distancing is there. I wore a mask, and a customer that came in while I was leaving was wearing a mask.

Yes we can. But a true leg length discrepancy should be measured by a qualified medical professional; Podiatrist, Chiropractor, Physical Therapist. Our credential, Pedorthist, is not qualified. No Linda we don't. Not for infants and toddlers. I do have shoes from New Balance I access for children 6 and up but I am not a children's shoe store. However you are welcome to bring your child by for a free fitting and evaluation. We also have orthotic insoles for all ages if needed. thanks
