OWNERS BEWARE TENANTS BEWARE I would put so many more details in this review but details will simply be refuted by the company as all other negative reviews have been. Then after they refute most of the review the recommendation will be to email, schedule an appointment or call to discuss the issues/concerns. Except for months, those exact resolution methods failed. They will claim to not know me or have a record of who I am...but the company does know who I am and definitely can contact me to make this right (or could have multiple times in the past year or so). However, it would essentially cost them too much. The core values of this company, communication & leadership are lacking. Save yourself the time: **OWNERS- TAKE YOUR PROPERTY/INVESTMENT ELSEWHERE. **TENANTS TAKE YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE. The owner (Mary) makes promises she cant keep and i dare say...just lies. The manager (Stephanie) is trying to bail out this sinking ship of a company with a teaspoon and can conveniently claim ignorance against Mary's word. There is a reason when you google "property management companies Columbia SC" then click "top rated" that this organization is approx #71 on the list. Thats 70 OTHER companies you should try before contacting this one.

An amazing service experience to work with The Shandon Group Always get personal attention As an out-of-state investor I am relaxed knowing that the assets are in good hands Not to mention Stephanie who has always been there for me on the good days and the beds on weekdays and weekends.I have never come across such a dedicated and diligent worker as Stephanie

The customer service at this particular company was definitely below satisfaction or simply basic standards. I called to report one of their unkept properties and the lady who I was randomly transferred to was extremely unprofessional- never properly introducing herself, speaking in pronouns of who she was going to contact (I kept having to ask her to clarify and she did with a agitated attitude). Typical rental property management- place non-considerate tenants in your neighborhood for profit and extremely low customer service. I realize it’s a Friday but handling business during business hours is definitely your job. Would never recommend for property management or suggest for a potential renter. *Update* now they are saying the don’t own the property when the rude lady just confirmed they did while in the phone with her (not even 10 minutes ago). This place has to be some type of scam business. Based on the other reviews - they actually average a collective Extremely Unprofessional.
