Staff is incompetent, couldn't do basic math of 5×4 because I quote "Haha sorry I don't have to do this that often. Credit card machine would not work and instead of trying to fix it my family was sent to go find cash. Finally get back with $20 and swim for about 20 minutes before it's starts thundering. My family does not live on post and was told the pool will reopen 30 minutes after the last thunder was heard. I asked since we are wet and have no idea when it will be open and we live off post, could we please just have a rain check for tomorrow. They would not issue us a rain check. They were not helpful in any way. Feels like we were robbed $20 having to jump through hoops to even get in. Staff does not care or is willing to work with you.

Nice pool, below avg locker room, nice shaded area for chairs, areas for all patrons; toddlers, youth non swimmers, and Swimmers, no snack sales, safe as guarded by certified lifeguards. Shaded parking area
