I love this vet. If you want someone who cares about your animals go here.

I would leave no stars if I could. I am so taken back by the way I was treated by a staff member on the phone and a Dr. who pretty much called me a liar about what was said on a recorded line, that I have, saying I was rude to one of his staff members. He would not even let me explain myself at all and at first I thought they had me confused by another person because my husband and I made the call and he agreed whole hearted that I was anything but rude. Our dog needs her allergy medicine twice a year or she rips up her paws. We used to go to Banfield up in NH but switched to here when we moved because it is right down the street. We were not told that she needed another exam to fill her medication for her allergies and we were just in for a nail trim. So, I called to say that is was frustrating because we were not told that on the phone when we originally scheduled for nail trim and told them she needed more medication. We are leaving to go out of the state and really needed her medication and was not offered a later appointment or anything so I wanted to see if we could get her updated records sent to Banfield..a place she has gone to before so we could at least get her meds for the trip. I was treated so very rude by the Doctor and was dismissed (and this was after my husband came back for our dogs second appointment I had to call and get and he said they told him we will get dismissed for how rude I was and he said it must have been in the room because you were not rude on the phone). Very unprofessional and that staff member should be penalized for the lie she told about me being rude. I am reporting this to the BBB along with the phone call recording that the Dr refused to let me send him. I am done with this place. We have spent enough money and time here with our pets and I will gladly be dismissed. Not a good way to do business.

First, their driveway is dangerous because it is only narrow enough for one car to go either in or out so I nearly escaped head-on collision with someone leaving as I was turning in. Next problem is the overpowering scent of floral cleaning products. No one should be breathing that in especially not small animals. After I left I ended up having a mild asthma flare because of it. I took a kitten there thinking that he had ringworm because I found the spots. After Dr. Sam looked at them she assured me that they were not ringworm and thought they were scratches from the kitten playing with his siblings. I asked her if we should do the ringworm test anyway and she said no, I thought about it for a minute asked how much it was and for $30 I insisted on it. Here we are almost 3 weeks later and it has come back positive for ringworm after she assured me it was not. Now I have to bring in three additional cats and take three additional humans to the doctor to cure the entire household of this. I find the office staff to be fairly rude to this place is not all that. Finally, I will say that the doctor never had the decency to call me herself as I had some questions. Anyway, thankfully I have been released as their customer, not that I ever intended on going back.
