These apartments been here for three years and haven’t been pressure washed or cleaned properly yet. The office says it’s not in the budget but I’m wondering when will they have a budget for this. The grease and dirt have build up tremendously on the stairways, sidewalks, and on the walkways. It’s built up spider webs and bugs on the cellings in the walkways. The tenets here pay too much money for theses apartments to look like this. Something needs to be done ASAP. The old manager Quincy tried to get them to clean the property for a while now but they keep holding off.

You guys have the best person here in the office that you guys had in awhile he's very sweet and knowledgeable of this complex. Mr. Quincy Williams is the BEST yet!!!!! Please keep up the great job that you're doing Sir.

The newest manager out here at Palmetto Crossing, Quincy Williams, has been great! Open communication at all times, always asks if I need anything or have any issues with my apartment or anything in general, and assists as much as he can during this pandemic. Very professional as well. Palmetto Crossing has dealt with a few mishaps but Quincy has made living out here a little easier! Very appreciated!

The new property manager Quincy Williams is the BEST!!! He is very attentive and listen to his residents. For the pass two years it was some unwanted criminal active going on and reports was filed but previous landlords never cared. Also after after a murder took place at this comex Quincy stepped in and made the changes allowing this complex to be at peace and feel safe. Corporate on the the other hand I asked for an apartment transfer and they will not acknowledge my concern. I just recently gotten my motorcycle stolen from the property and not once did they reach out to me. I asked to move to a front apartment so I can see my property and have an camera on it and I get ignored. Quincy Williams the current property manager got me video footage of the criminals who made off with me motorcycle. All though it wasn't ever recovered Quincy tried to helped but I can't say too much about Corporate🤨
