Worst firehouse I’ve been to. Waited 30 minutes for my online order that supposedly was ready the whole time yet was not put out on the online order rack.

We frequent this Firehouse subs on occasion. It is under new ownership. While it may take a few more minutes to make a sub, compared to other sub places, they taste so much better and are worth the wait. When I was in their last time, I notice a few people being very impatient and rude to the employees..to the kids who work hard to serve us. Being kind is contagious... sadly so is being rude..please choose wisely. It feels good to bring a smile to someone's face.

Under new management with the same problems as before. 45 minutes waiting on my food and 8 other customers came in after I ordered and got their food first. Go to Moes next door or honestly anywhere else. Update: took 52 minutes for them to make my sandwich wrong and serve 9 customers before me. What a joke.

Went Sunday about 6:00 couple weeks ago sign said closed due to staffing problems, and try their other store next town. Wasn't gonna chance it. Went last night, sign in door new management open 4/5/2022, new management no better. Still closed, went to Moe's next door again.
